We booked into April Point for two nights with our little Havanese dog. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the ocean with spectacular views. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom with two queen beds. The main room had a sofa bed, coffee table, desk, TV, fridge and coffee makings. The list of problems would take an hour to right and people would think I was lying because it would sound impossible for that much stuff to be wrong!! In the end the front deal manager did try to make up for it and the outcome was satisfactory. The location of the resort is quite lovely and I dare say we would stay again based on that.
