Excellent reliable service...
I purchased my car at this dealership and have regular oil changes ,detailing and other services.
Lisa and others in the service department are always pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable..They always follow up and have a comfortable lounge area with refreshments. Shuttle service amazing... Timelines are honoured and the reception staff is great... Luv it...

Bought one of my Cadillac's there. Good sales service by Nabil. Although, the building can definitely use a Reno. The design of the building and amenities are bit dated. Specially compared with the competition.

Wanted to buy a new car there and almost did but so glad I didn't. Tried to scam me with a demonstrator that they claimed was brand new. It had actually been driven around for at least several weeks by a staff member. When they showed it to me it wasn't even clean." New Car"--- I don't think so but the price was for a new car. They were sure upset when I didnt take it.

Two subsequent visits in a row they've accused me of doing things not even remotely logical. The first time I came in because after a transmission swap I had a burning smell when I brought it in they insinuated I must have spilled oil on the engine during an oil change. Considering an oil change had been on my to do list for a bit at that point and no one had opened the hood recently other than... more
