I called in the morning to check my Macbook, since the battery needed a replacement. They gave me a very late appointment at 2:30 PM. I come here and I see the huge crowd of customers hovering around tables and there's little space to stand.

I walked into the apple store on a whim, just traveling in Montreal and my phone stopped charging. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They figured out my problem and though they were swamped, they got me in and out and solved my issue. Fred was great. Bought computer in US so he had to work with manager to get a defective MacBook Pro exchanged.

Process was quick and painless. 11:30 appointment and I walked out with a new MacBook Pro right now at 12:10. All things considered, it was pretty amazing.
