Terrible experience, NOT recommended.
These guys are non-professional, terrible service and terrrible experience. They sellbroken appliances and charge double the market price for reparations. Moreover, they are impolite and do not care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible service, terrible experience
February 21, 2011The service is terrible, the estimations for reparations were wrong, they attempted to sell used items for the price of new items, and provided the worst possible customer service. I won't recommend this store to anyone!

I had a technician from RV Dupuis to come and detect the problem for my washer. The technician informed that there were two parts broken and the estimation for reparation was around $280 for parts and labor, tax included. I did my research on the Internet and found that the brand new parts would cost me about $100 instead of their estimated $200 price, and that refurbished parts would cost me... more

- washer & dryer new, fridge used and stove used - and they actually called me unsolicited a few days after delivery, to check up on the delivery and order of everything. I'd meant to call them because one burner on the stove wasn't working and they had a guy come on the weekend and make the simple adjustment at no cost. They've been a dream to deal with and I highly recommend them. One thing... more
