Quick & friendly, but inspection report is nonexistent
I'm a first time customer at Speedy Brake and I agree with all the other reviews--the people there really are friendly and caring. However, I was surprised by the skimpiness of the report after the "99 point inspection". I expected a chart showing all the items checked and whether they passed/failed. Instead, I got an invoice that made no mention of the inspection items or what needed fixing. That info was scrawled on the mechanic's copy of the form, which I had to ask them to photocopy for me so that I can see the deficiencies.

I just want to express my gratitude for Speedy Brakes Centres' service. They have top notch customer relation representatives, who are very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond helping out their clients. Thank you for what you do, your services are greatly appreciated, and I will always recommend your shop to others.

The customer service was amazing. They helped me in ways I thought was never possible no matter how bad the finances are for their clients. But they worked with me and I came out satisfied. And I believe they deserve the best rating they could possibly get.
