Killam Properties Inc, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential landlords, owning and operating multi-family apartments and manufactured home communities (MHC). Killam's 118 apartment properties are located in Atlantic Canada's six major urban centres. The Company's 55 manufactured home communities, or land lease communities, are located across the country.

From its first property acquisition in 2002, management has grown the Company by consolidating the Canadian rental market. Killam currently owns and operates 18,247 units in 173 properties, representing real estate assets with a gross book value of approximately $820 million.
