Since I work in the plaza, I normally do a workout before my shift. Great little gym. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The club culture is also very good as well. Almost everyone wipes down there spots when they are done and also make sure they put their weights back when they are finished. This is nice since most gyms in Burlington are dumps and everyone... more

A fantastic gym that for once is not an intimidating place to be. The owner is visible, and always there to greet and or help with your workout.

Trainers are available for hire and are approachable.

There is always equipment available and members never have to wait for equipment.

The facility is spotless and members diligently clean the equipment when finished.
