I purchased a LivingSocial coupon for an hour long massage in February, expiring the middle of August. Mid July, I phoned to book an appointment, and got an answering machine in the middle of the day. I left a message, and waited a week for a return call. It never came. I then tried to make an appointment with out having the coupon number. No, can't do that, have to have the number when booking the service. A few days later, still prior to the expiry date, I get told they are booked SOLID and have been for 2 months and I should have used my coupon before now???? They would not return my money, or honor the coupon for the service at their earliest convenience, but would allow me to put the value of the coupon towards full price services or products, or I could eat the money I'd already spent. Gee thanks. Do I have to give stars?
Eyelash extensions at anna rianou are a sham! They do not last a month...more like days! Please dont waste ur money on them. My $5 dollar lashes from shoppers that i applied myself look better and can last just as long!
I like Anna Rianou Salon & Spa as this is where i get my haircut & hi-lites from my neice Erin who works there & she is good , so i recommend this place if you don't know where to go for a haircut!
