Poor service

I gave a bracelet to repair. It was supposed to be ready in a week for a certain amount. They gave me a call a week later to say it will take another week, and the price will doubble. So I refuse and said I am coming to pick-up my bracelet and will do it elsewhere. The woman say , no, no first check somewhere else if you can found less expensive and then we will see. What is that???I wanted my bracelet back, and my money back. I went to pick-up my bracelet but I had to come THREE times, the first time , the bracelet was not there, than the second time it was not the right receipt, the third time it was on the credit card of my husband so I could be refound. Then My husband went, and they refound him. You really fill that this store is trying to still you.
