no organization skills
i made an appointment to get some exhust work done on my truck, i booked it in 10 days in advance, and on the day that i dropped my truck off they told me that they cant do it, and that the next day will be better, so i left with my truck, and then i went to drop my truck off again and they told me that they cant do it again, so that is what i mean by no organization skills,

As this was a 100% custom job, I thought that to be very reasonable and the service I received resulted in my coming back many times.
