Discourteous and officious

ِAl-Taif is an Arabic word meaning madness , anger, dream or rainbow. Doing business with this establishment can not be likened to a dream but it may provoke your anger. I am utterly disappointed with their services. Their employees are condescending and discourteous. Their methods of operation may be acceptable in their country of origin but here in Canada they need to learn the fundamentals of customer relations. For these reasons and more I am taking my business elsewhere.
