Poor Service, Poor Communication, Poor Problem Resolution.

We booked this company to move the contents of our house from Thunder Bay to Prince Edward Island. There was poor communication regarding pick up date, in-transit information and arrival date. They did not use a tick off sheet to account for all goods upon arrival and damaged several items. They have told us that we need to contact all the persons involved with the move to try and piece together what has happened. We moved in August and we are still trying to rectify the situation (it is November). We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company has taken no accountability in their poor performance. Would not recommend this company to anyone. There is a reason they were the lowest estimate, they have the lowest quality of service.
