Great when you're going to buy.. not so much later

If you're looking for a good quality hot tub, Beachcomber is definitely the way to go. It's unfortunate, this is the only place in town that sells them. The service will be great when you're buying something. If you need service on your hot tub when something breaks ... not so much. Water sat stagnant in the tub after being told not to drain the tub during freezing temps and then when the tech finally arrived to fix the problem 2 weeks later, we were told we should have drained it and that we had been called back and told to drain it. No call was made, no vm left, nothing on the call display and the info provided that they spoke to someone in the house who wasn't even in the province at the time goes to show they do whatever they can to avoid taking responsibiltiy for their own screw ups. Will never deal with them again if at all possible.
