Very rude

I just ordered from All Hours because I was craving a BLT. After waiting over an hour for delivery (they say up to 45 mintues), my order arrived. The bacon was undercooked and the sandwich was soggy, but my biggest complaint is that there was NO lettuce on the sandwich. When I called to complain, the manager said that BLTs never come with lettuce, I pointed out that BLT stands for Bacon Lettuce and Tomato, and when he insisted that he "has never put lettuce on a BLT in 35 years", I asked him why it was called a BLT. He then said that he used to put lettuce, but people complained so he stopped. He said he was too busy to deal with my complaint. The chicken fingers and donair were average, the fries were soggy
