The guys here do a good job, in a classic style barber shop. The kind of place you come to get your hair cut vs. tips frosted.
Bonus points to the guy cutting my hair who just let his phone ring, wasn't distracted by it, and made me feel like I was his only focus. Hipster barbers take note... Texting mid-haircut is the kiss of death for me.
