Invisalign

Initially, I was one of the first to receive the procedure of Invisalign. I paid Dr. Sonshine the full amount that he had requested and followed his instruction thoroughly. Results were achieved, but nothing extraordinary like he promised, as my teeth are still very crooked. Dr. Sonshine blamed this on me saying that I did not follow instructions, he insisted that to receive the promised results I must pay an additional 500. After paying the extra 500, I did a refinement but yet still received no results. Dr. Sonshine, this time blamed Invisalign for discontinuing the treatment and sent in my retainers. later on, after calling invisalign I found out that it was soley his decision to terminate the treatment. Thus leaving me with very crooked teeth and thousands of dollars short.
He was very rude about it the whole time, and even threatened that "I don't want to cause problems" indicating that I should just forget about it.
All in all, worst dentist out there - spent $100s for other services such as cleaning...etc - Yet was still mistreated.
