Bought an '11 Ford Edge Limited for my father back in '12 and they were great when we bought. But, their service dep't sucks and my father has elected to service his vehicle at another ford dealership. Disappointed as we feel slighted by them and for their poor customer service.

Had the dealership take care of an oil and filter change as well as emessions test and safety of my vehicle which we have imported from the US. The sevice was excellent. Jordan on the desk is knowledgeable and the courtesy shuttle driver was a delight. The service on my vehicle was great and it drives better now than when I had it serviced eslewhere.
