Check the Better Business Bureau reports first
I used this website to find reputable companies to do business with. I am glad I checked the BBB first as this company had so many complaints against them I would not trust them to do a job for us. Do your research is all I can recommend. Buyer beware of this one!
Horrible service, actually no service at all
It has been more than a month our 1 year old furnace doesn’t work properly. Nothing is fixed, they just schedule appointments and miss them because “parts are not here yet”.
Zero professionalism, zero service, terrible ownership and management.

I do not recommend AIRE ONE at all. They don't keep track of all the service record in their system. The service record is required to keep the system's warranty. If you use AIRE ONE, please keep your own service record for proof. It costs around $250 per year to A/C and furnace servicing. Since they are a big company, don't count on having same day service either.

Poor Service - I asked Aireone to inspect my air conditioner in my new home as it was leaky and noisy, they spent about 5 minutes looking at it, said is was good and left. I now have a bunch of water damage to the side of my house due to the air conditioner. Definitely would NOT recommend
