I can give them one thing - I waited behind one car, and once I got in I was out in 2 minutes.

BUT paying $50 for something that I see as an archaic way of testing vehicle emissions sucks. If they allow regular garages to do vehicle emissions testings the same way vehicle inspections are done would that not be better? Maybe not, and maybe I'm just complaining to complain.
