Brutal

Unprofessional and stressful. The owner brought in her 2 year old and proceeded to perch her in a chair for "time-out" in the middle of the salon, letting the child cry and scream in front of all the clients. My stylist complained that I had a lot of hair (even though I phoned twice to tell them this) and said he wished he could charge me extra for it, because he was "only taking home $25 off every blowout because of that stupid voucher". Terrible attitude, and he kept putting down the blowdryer to check his texts. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and I wish I could rate them negative stars to show how completely appalled I was with their service and atmostphere.
