Poor repair service!

Do not take your car here for service!!! service advisers are rude/ignorant, to make a long story short got an alignment done on 29th December got the car home heard a clunking noise coming from the rear going down my street. called the dealership the next day because they were closed when i got home. i called early the next morning the woman said they couldn't accommodate me because they close early and to make an appointment after the new year she was really rude on the phone saying the mechanic had other jobs and he wouldn't be able to look at it! I went to the dealership on 4th January and the adviser said i have to leave it all day, because the mechanic has 3 jobs ahead of mine, by this point i was disguised and the service adviser said he cant guarantee that it would be see today. I took my vehicle and walked out. Took the car to master performance plus on Kennedy road, told the guy i hear a cluck coming from the rear of my vehicle, puts it on the hoist, he said who ever did your alignment didn't tighten the "toe" adjustment screw properly, "they left it loose". He didn't charge me for tightening the bolts. Never will i go for any repairs at this dealership!! they are quick to take your money but lazy to accommodate if you have a problem with the job.
