I was in the area to visit family and needed to have some emergency service on my car. One of my the heat shields under the car was rusting out and needed to be removed. Made appt. on line --- as they never confirmed it I called to make sure it was an okay time.
Rude a$$hole growled at me and told me to come another time.
I asked what happened to my appt --- I assumed that perhaps the appt. didn't come through online ... he didn't answer my question. Asked him again --- ignored again.
NOT GOING TO SHOW UP ... why not inconvenience them as much as they treated...
