Great Customer Services!
Thanks Across Canada Van Lines, as my promise to you I'm writing my review about you guys. First I definitely can say you have super friendly crew. They are very helpful and very firenldy. They picked up and deliveredn my goods on time (both places). I got the quote from your sales rep. by e-mail. End of the my move I didn't gen any surprises from your company, that's why I recommend to everyone Across Canada Van Lines.
Good one to trust with your belongings
This is my first review of any company, and Across Canada Van Lines was very good, I thought they really deserve my applause.
I have too much delicate stuff and I was worried how to get them to my new home in Whistler, BC from Montreal, QC. I got quotes from many moving companies and I decided to go with Across Canada Moving. Their rates and service time looked good to me. I Contacted Across Canada and talked to Robert Larson, Sales Rep. After reviewed my moving needs, he earned my trust.
I'm writing on this site about Across Canada Van Lines to let people know about the good moving services offered by them. While choosing this company I was little sceptical because of a few bad review posted here. But I also found many very good reviews about this company. I investigated about their reputation. Discussed about their services with my friends and family members and two people from my friend circle knew about this company from other sources. They told me that in general the company is known to offer good services. They have also A rating with local BBB office.
The reason why I took the trouble of investigating about this company is their in-home estimate service. Across Canada Van Lines provides in-home estimate and I like this estimate process more than online and over the phone estimates. I personally feel this is more reliable and noteworthy.
After getting some internal information about the company I called them and booked their service. The estimate process was fine and the movers offered me one of the best service. I think my move could not have been better with any other moving service provider. I DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS BUT MY MOVE WENT WELL.
I am particularly pleased with Robert Larson who closely coordinated with me throughout our lengthy cross country move, from the beginning, when he surveyed our load, through the storage process, and finally, the shipment itself, assuring that our possessions arrived on time, as scheduled. We found Robert very efficient, punctual, and reliable. He is customer service oriented and a credit to your firm.
In short, I would recommend Across Canada Van Lines as a moving company of choice to anyone. I have already told my brother Jack to consider using your company when he moves his household in the summer. Please extend my thanks to your fine employees.
