'head office' phone manners? pfft
Second time attempting to use this business. First was when I bought this condo; alarm was with this company.
Talked to head office folks whose telephone manners had me stewing for ages. Why put someone on the phone when they lack basic customer courtesy?
Today; I just needed some keys cut...trudged through the snow and deep puddles to get there to find the place locked up tight. So I phone the number on the door....get head office again who tells me in a snooty voice 'Fill-In-The-Name had to go on an emergency call'. No..."bummer, sorry for your trouble! or....sorry there was an emergency, and we're sorry we missed you".
The people who answer their phones don't seem to care about customer service. I made a comment to them after the initial contact, they don't seem to have taken heed.
Sigh.
