really bad
DO NOT do business with this company...
They don't care about customer service. They don't call you back...they say yes they will fix your applainaces, then after not hearing from them. You call, they say they forgot about you (no apologies).then they are not sure if they have the time to come see your appliances...
I lost 2 days without a fridge because of that guy (Accurate)..
Ripped off and over charged
Called to have drier fixed. Came and cleaned it for $260. Next cycle started to make noise again. Called back daily for 5 days because the work has a 30day guarentee. Was told to stop calling. Paid new repair guy half that and was told Accurate 1. Missed cleaning a whole section, 2. Missed the actual problem entirely (the wheel needed replacing).
