The worst service ever. My drapes shrunk significantly after the dry cleaning, which is a big issue because they are customized and quite expensive to replace. Access Cleaners/ Access Custom Cleaners took them back for examination three weeks ago. I have not heard back from them since then. The receptionists are clueless and are telling me to talk to Demetrios Gicas, the manager directly. The only way I can talk to him is by leaving a message with receptionists. I left tons of messages. But the manager is not retuning my calls. I just cannot get hold of him and discuss my issue. This is ridiculous. This is not cool, because I am renting out my apartment, but I cannot do it without drapes.
I am the resident of One King West Hotel. The hotel stuff is saying that they are also not happy with Access Cleaners.
Ignoring customers is not the way to do business. I am fed up with this c@!p and I am not wasting my time trying to get hold of them any more. I am talking to them through small claims court.
