great hospitality
August 02, 2011We only spent one night in Victoria. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, trying to answer all the questions we had about ferries, parking, downtown restaurants. The location of the hotel itself is not ideal if you want to walk into downtown Victoria (it's a 30 minute walk if you walk fast), but the friendliness of the people makes up for it!

Yes, I would recommend it to others. The service was very good, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a great room, quiet and very clean. It is perfect for a family and the location is perfect. It was a great value. For sure I'll be staying there again.
