A very upsetting experience

For three months I've been trying to resolve a complaint, but I have been ignored by the crew, their boss, their manager, the president and the owner of the company. I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but I can definitely comment on the lack of common courtesy, customer satisfaction skills, communication.. To add insult to injury, for damages done to my garden I was offered by the president of the company a $50 gift certificate from Garden Works!!!!!
