My husband went to this office with a GROUPON and was told by Tanya that he required additional appointments to clean his mouth because it had been several years since he had last had a cleaning. He requested a refund and received it. He went to his regular dentist and was told that he needed several appointments to complete his cleaning. He wanted to go back to see Tanya to do it but he has already received the refund.
I also went to see her and since I had not had a cleaning in several years, I required several appointments. I did not ask for a refund but I let her do all the appointments and finish the work. I have switched from my regular dentist to this office to have all my regular cleanings. She was honest and upfront about what my husband and I needed and let us know that we had the option of asking for a refund. My husband wishes that he would not have asked for a refund. Unfortunately some people are going ahead and redeeming their vouchers and then asking for a refund to get free services. I was happy with the service my husband is also having his cleanings done here.

FYI - this place is TERRIBLE. I bought a Groupon to try this place out. I did not get what I paid for with the Groupon, and the hygenist, Tanya, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with her inappropriate comments. Worse than that, she tried to send me to collections for 3x what I paid for the whole Groupon, because Groupon chose to give me a refund. Can we say SCAM? I will be telling EVERYONE to stay away from this place.
