Wonderful to deal with. Pleasant and courteous. I needed my locks changed and they came the next day (not an emergency). They showed up when they said they would. Jeff was very neat - cleaning up after he had to drill a hole in one of the doors. He made some suggestions on how to set up the locks and I am very happy with the result!!

I'm going to give this place 5 stars. I read the other reviews and I am quite shocked to see the poor service that has been provided to others. I have never had a problem with this place and I send a lot of people to them. The keys almost always come out working 100% compared to others in the area which the keys hardly ever work first time. What a disaster! We had four small locker keys to duplicate. We needed multiple copies. We found the first set of copies did not work, so when we got back to town, we returned the keys, and they tried again. Unfortunately, this set did not work, either.
