Able auctions are all about there own profit

I went to recent auction at the VERNON ST auction house. I did a preview and left several absente bids as I was unable to stay for the live auction. I came back after the auction to find out that I had won most of bids for the max amount of my bids. I did not win one of the items that I realy wanted so I asked three diferent times how much it had sold for. They woudnt tell me.

The next day I receaved a phone call saying that I had won this item afterall and I had to come in and get it by noon the next day. I live 100 KL away so this didnot work for me. They said that they had a delivery company that would pack up all of the china and deliver to me at my expence. I had to drive in at a cost of $50 in gas and asked if they could atleast cancel the buyer preamium of 15% to makeup for their mistake and their answer was that this is how they make there money and they would not help me. (As long as we make our money, screw the custamer.)

So because of there screwup I had to take half a day off of work and spend $50 in gas so as they could make there profit.
