I took the 8am slot so I would be the first appt of day

8 am comes a long and the office calls to let me know they guy will be along shortly.

At 9 am still no one.

I'm steaming now... a wasted morning...I call the office and tell her...and all she manages to say is " Geez"

ABSOLUTE CROOKS! Charged me $820 to replace a kichen faucet. Have tried to get management to talk to me- twice they have said they will look into it, no one calls back.. CROOKS. Please share this with every one of your friends and family so you can protect them from being RIPPED OFF!!
