Worse Experience

We unfortunately experienced an awful situation with this company. The individual who was sent to us to fix our pipe issue was nice but just horrible and sloppy. He cut straight through a horizontal pipe in our living room ceiling and without covering the hole turned on the water and used his "snake" as he called it. This resulted in our living room being flooded with black gooey water. A section of our hardwood floor was destroyed along with DVDs. The worker hadn't taken any precautions with our material/furniture even after we asked whether we should move things out of the room. The company manager refused to pay for the damages since he says that his employee had a completely different story than ours and was not at fault. We did eventually after a long conversation receive our 300 dollars back. I would not recommend this company to anyone just in case you get the same guy as we did.
