This company must be prevented from harming consumers. I purchased roughly $1000 worth of computer parts for a custom built PC. They told me the machine was fast and would be ideal for Web development or working with high resolution photos. The machine is extremely slow -- slower in fact than my previous computer -- and I asked them to return the motherboard, CPU and memory for something faster. I attempted to return the parts within the seven day exchange period specified in their invoice. They told me they had a huge order to fill and did not have time to assist me but would exchange my parts this week; they also told me I would incur a 30% penalty which I thought was unfair. When I attempted to return the parts they told me to get lost and that they would not honor their contract. They blatantly refuse to support their products. They hung up on me and told me to file a civil claim if I was unhappy. They insulted me and behaved unethically. I have never been unable to return a product to a store.This company earned an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
