Used Ace Courier to deliver a carbon fibre hood form Edmonton to Vancouver. Hood arrived severely damaged due to mishandling by Ace employees. Although package only weighed 30 lbs they chose to slide it along the ground damaging the corners. Package also showed evidence of being exposed to rain/snow.
