Leak in kitchen sink causing flood in basement

The plumbing problem was fixed satisfactorily but the cost for a new tap and lower assembly pipe and fixtures was extremely expensive. The time frame was an hr and half and the work is charged by the problem not the hours worked. Cost $1,400.00
