I have been to this Kent many times as I have been renovating my house over the past six months. I always find the staff too be very helpful and knowledgeable. Kent has definitely earned a loyal customer in me.

Customer service here is terrible. All of the employees stand around talking to each other while customers fend for themselves.

Long waits at the cash, as the cashiers just move so-o-o slow. If you need an advice, you are in trouble 3 times out of 4; the attendants just don't get it. This shop's employees really need some training.
