Scammers beware
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I bought a"never used still in box" Tool from them The model number on the ad and the box were the exact one that i needed. I get to the pawn shop and I asked to see inside they said I couldn't until I purchased it so I paid 4 it and took it home. Once I opened it I saw that the equipment inside was not the same model as the one I wanted it was just inside the case of the model i wanted.I called them up and a very rude guy told me that I should have opened it b4 i bought it! and no refunds

I found this place to have very friendly and honest customer service,I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price and will be back in near future.

Terrible customer service.
This pawn shop really is terrible, they will tell you one thing over the phone, and then offer you practically nothing when you go into their store. I was told jewelry was sold at 1/3 appraised price in their store over the phone, and when i proceeded to go into the store, i was told they sell their jewelry for up to 1/4 appraised price, and they offered me less than half of what they tentatively offered over the phone. This shop is seriously a joke, avoid at all costs, they WILL rip you off.
FURTHERMORE, Their gold buyer tried to tell me that stones were missing from my ring, yet it's quite apparent to the naked eye that no stones are missing, and it was appraised just a week ago. like i said, the WILL rip you off.
